While most of the people never taste sip the success. However this is due to the lack of different factors including time, money, education, background or motivation level, etc. that keep us away from achieving our desired success. The lack or inferior use of these factors makes it difficult for most of the energetic and passionate people to cost their lives by struggling for success. So today I have decided to put my efforts to help you sort out this problem if this articles serves you with purpose. However, I will not only advocate to be successful but I will insist on being successful like an organization and making a strong impact.

Before you take a start to reading points that I’ve mention below, I will advise you to dedicate your resources including time, funding, staff, money, technology and materials on absorbing and digesting them. So here’s a five-step process you can follow to replicate the track record of being the most successful business tycoon.

1. Learn

Learning is the act of acquiring new, or modifying and reinforcing, existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences and may involve synthesizing different types of information. Learning does not happen all at once, but builds upon and is shaped by previous knowledge. To that end, learning may be viewed as a process, rather than a collection of factual and procedural knowledge.

The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill and the willingness to learn is a choice. So learn everything you can, anytime you can, from anyone you can and never stop learning. Make mistakes, learn from them and move on. There will always come a time when you will be grateful you did.

Learn everything you need to know to create a business online or at any level, from the beginning fundamentals, to some of the most advanced techniques that experts use to scale their businesses into empires. This includes some of the following tools;

a. Master the social marketing strategies
b. Know image development and manipulation
c. Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter marketing with strong command and power
d. Find hot & profitable affiliate programs
e. Learn to create powerful and quality content
f. Freelance your services for money

2. Implement

No decision to move forward, start something new or make your dreams true is complete until a plan for its implementation has been made. Anybody anytime is able to make a plan but only few really dare to implement them. Implementation is the realization of an application, or execution of a plan, idea, model or policy. It is not a single step process; it’s a combination of different units that work in group. Implementation process requires a strategy or plan that reflects careful consideration and provides ample detail about process, schedule, impact, and ultimate benefits. The plan or strategy must be practical, workable and convenient. But quite frankly it doesn’t ends at here, at your implementation stage; you need a continual analysis of your plan, opportunities, design and their execution.

3. Network
There is an African proverb which says that, if you want to go fast, go alone, and if you want to go far, go with others.

Networking is a socioeconomic business activity by which groups of like-minded businesspeople recognize, create, or act upon business opportunities. Many business uses networking as a key factor in their marketing plan. It helps to develop a strong feeling of trust between those involved and play a big part in raising the profile and takings of a company. Networked businesses tend to be open, random, and supportive, whereas those relying on hierarchical, traditional managed approaches are closed, selective, and controlling.

Succeeding in business is all about making connection, looking for and building networks, which means you’ll have to bring your work into a net, more commonly known as “network.” The opposite of networking is “not working.” Remember, your “network” will calculate what your “net worth” is.

There are experts on just about every topic you can imagine on the World Wide Web and you can get help in “real time” about any “topic” related to your business. Also, you can ask questions within any of the training, blog activity, or you could even create your own discussion if you need help on something. It will help you to build and create long term relationships with fellow Internet Marketers/Entrepreneurs and build your brand and credibility.

4. Build

If you don’t drive your business, you will be driven out of your business. Building is instrumental. Once you start building content, websites, knowledge and relationships you are “golden”.

Building is the key to success within any business and you must have all the tools, services, and education that you would need to build your business or project into an asset. Building means “taking actions” to start moving towards your dreams and start living a life of freedom from debt or money problem. In order to move forward build partnerships and relationships that will last a lifetime! Remember, you don’t build a business; you build people and then people build the business.

5. Succeed

Last, but definitely not least, if you have thought of to be on your journey, then you’re minutes away from achieving unimaginable amounts of success. But you will succeed only when you have ignorance of the doubts and confidence over your guts. So never worry about what people are thinking or saying about you. In order to succeed make your desire for success greater than your fear of failure and to succeed like an organization, educate yourself, network, build your business and succeed.

Whatever we are doing in our lives, the intention in our mind is to get ourselves comfortable, relaxed and happy at the end of the day. However our routine work and busy schedules make it difficult for us to achieve these goals of happy life, that all of us deserve. In this perspective we consider it difficult for ourselves to get our happiness and motivation levels high which makes life boring and misery surrounds us. We all have our own perceptions of the ways that can help us live a happier life, and it is not of guaranteed  phenomenon that what makes person A happy, will make person B and C happy too. But we can do learn from one another experiences to live happier lives.

Today I’m going to write up some of the surefire ways or things that you can incorporate in to your daily routine lives that have ultimate effect of making us happy, prosperous and motivated about our lives. Now it's up to you to figure out what works best for you to give results, but I think all of these strategies are worth trying. So let’s begin reading and implementing these principle rules that will increase your life satisfaction:

1. Charity work and volunteering

Money can’t help you buy happiness, but can only provide you some luxuries and comfort in life. And life isn’t mean to have more luxuries and comforts than others, but has some different cause in depth. The cause is to serve humanity with service and devotion. One of the surefire way to get ourselves feel happy is to put our souls and bodies in doing good for society, it has many perks in itself. People who give away their money to charity or do some volunteer work tend to be more satisfied for their lives than to those, whose only ambition in life is to earn more dollars to become wealthier than ever. You can take the example of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet who had given major part of their wealth to run charitable foundations worldwide, which are serving the humanity and in return both are living happier, prosperous and satisfied lives.
Although, volunteering would not provide you any money but can give you some lifetime experiences and promotes goodness and quality of life. Volunteering is also renowned for skill development, socialization, and fun. Charity work and volunteering may have positive benefits for the volunteer as well as for the person or community served. Research has shown that people who volunteer often live longer. Charity and volunteering gives us an opportunity to give back to the community with interest.

I would end this point with saying, may your charity increase as your wealth!

2. Take part in cultural activities

Every person is born in a family; every family is part of a society and ultimately every society bears a specific culture. The culture that we bear has its roots in decade’s long traditions. No matter what kind of culture we possess, every culture is unique and has something to offer its bearers, which is simplicity, amusement and joy. In this regard, being cultural makes us live a simple life style that today’s automation age has made complex. Research has found that men who take part in cultural activities are more happy, healthy and satisfied with life and score low anxiety and depression versus those who don't went cultured.
According to the research, cultural activities such as visiting museums, art exhibitions, the theatre, concerts, watching films and plays or playing musical instruments could promote good health and are surefire ways to promote happiness in life.

3. Spend time with nature

There are no trends, influences, or expectations, and you are free to ponder life in its purest form. It can be very spiritual to spend some time removed from anything man-made. Viewing greenery gives your brain a mental break, while city living can stress you out. Take the time to visit a nearby park or garden to take in nature's beauty and boost your happiness at the same time. I'm quoting this to spend time outdoors, and here are a few reasons why it can be beneficial:

a. It has a calming effect.
b. It teaches us about living in harmony.
c. You might sneeze less.
d. Your brain will be sharper.
e. Stress and anxiety won’t be such a big deal.
f. You might be inspired to save the world.

 4. Be around happy people

Happy people are intoxicating, infectious and are markedly lovelier to be around than miserable people. We have all met "those people". You can't miss them! You’ll find them walking around with an ear-to-ear smile and an inner joy that cannot be touched. Their happiness can infect others with just a look. Next thing you know you'll find yourself with a similar smile and the desire to share happiness with someone else. You can help spread happiness by doing things to improve others lives too.

Having someone in your immediate social circle ups your chances of happiness by 15%. Why? It seems happy people have the power to spread their feel-good vibes far and wide the same way a ripple spreads through a pond. It could have far-reaching benefits for your mental health.

 5. Plan a vacation

Vacations mean a change of pace, a gentleness with ourselves, a time of rest and renewal, and a time to stretch ourselves and encounter new people, new lands, new ways, and new options. So be an explorer. The universe is filled with wonder and magical things. Find what brings you joy and go there. Go where you can celebrate without any worry and stress.
Research has found that it's the planning of a vacation and not the actual trip itself that increases happiness in people and increases their motivation and esteem levels high. In addition, laugh as much as possible, it is an instant vacation.

 6. Watch less TV

Your life is more important than the TV schedule. Mindless TV-watching allows all sorts of images and values that we don’t necessarily endorse into our home. The media can wreak great harm on the family when it offers an inadequate or even distorted vision of life, of the family itself and of religion and morality. Now the reasons why I encourage watching less TV is:

a. TV slows down your brain activity.
b. There is lack of quality shows on most of the channels. Keeping TV watching down to a minimal level means that when it’s on, it’s quality.
c. Over-Commercialization and pointless advertisements puts our minds to buy unnecessary things that we don’t really need
d. TV is linked with lower life satisfaction
e. Not watching TV saves you money
f. It’s more peaceful, relaxing, and less stressful when the TV is off by default.
g. There are simply other fun things to do.

The point to remember is that, there is an off button on the TV that’s surely for a reason. And that is only to turn it off.

7. Change and innovate what you do

We all have some hobbies that we like to be used to, but if they become routine it wears off happiness and joy that it brought with it for us.  So changing what you do or innovating the way of doing may embrace you with happiness, joy and relaxation. So change things up every once in a while.

Change is the law of life and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future. Although change has a bad reputation in the society and in lives itself, but it isn’t all bad, not by any means. In fact, change is necessary in life, to keep us moving, to keep us growing and to keep us interested in our lives. Now imagine a life without change. It would be static, boring and dull. So remember what Maya Angelou said, “If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.”

In fact I know that being happy forever is impossible due to life’s circumstances. But to try these surefire techniques is a must-do activity that you can have to incorporate more happiness in your life. These are the best alternatives of therapies, pharmaceuticals and are self-help classic principles to make you feel happy and relaxed in your lives.

Happy journey to happiness!

What is ICT?

ICT is all around the Globe
ICT (information and communication technologies) is a generic term referring to technologies which are being used for collecting, storing, editing and passing on information in various forms. A personal computer is the best known example of the use of ICT in education, but the term multimedia is also frequently used. Multimedia can be interpreted as a combination of data carriers, for example video, CD-ROM, floppy disc and Internet and software in which the possibility for an interactive approach is offered.

Information and Communication Technologies have recently gained groundswell of interest. Use of ICT in education is basically our society’s efforts to teach its current and emerging citizens valuable knowledge and skills around computing and communications devices, software that operates them, applications that run on them and systems that are built with them.

ICT in education is the key to unlocking the skills and knowledge of our future generations of young people. It is the tool for learning for the 21st century.

Importance of ICT in Teaching Methodology

ICT in Education is important! Information and communication technology (ICT) has quickly become one of the basic building blocks of modern society. ICT supports learners but more importantly, it extends the reach of the population in ways we have yet to imagine. It's all about communication, and in the world in which we are growing up, it is vital: whatever we do, we will have to be ICT-literate. ICT connects all areas of the curriculum. The internet can be a powerful resource; if children aren't connected at home school provision becomes even more important. Generally, the following important functions of the use of ICT in education are described in literature.

ICT and Teaching Methodology (1)
By virtue of government Interventions and training seminars organized in this regard, ICT tools stimulate teachers. Indeed, an absolute majority of teachers in Europe (90 %) claim to use ICT to do tasks, such as preparing lessons, sequencing classroom activities, etc. Therefore, teachers plan their lessons more efficiently. ICT also help teachers to work in teams and share ideas related to schools curriculum. Many teachers use ICT to support traditional learning methods, for example, information retrieval in which students are ‘passive learners of knowledge instead of ‘active producers able to take part in the learning process.

In South Asian and African countries, research consensus holds that the most effective uses of ICT are those in which the teacher, aided by ICTs, can challenge pupil’s understanding and thinking, either through whole-class discussions and individual/small group work using ICTs. ICTs are seen as important tools to enable and support the move from traditional 'teacher-centric' teaching styles to more 'learner-centric' methods.

ICTs can be used to support change and to support/extend existing teaching practices. It can range from only small enhancements of teaching practices using what are essentially traditional methods, to more fundamental changes in their approach to teaching. ICTs can be used to reinforce existing academic practices as well as to change the way teachers and students interact.

Using ICTs as tools for information presentation is of mixed effectiveness. The use of ICTs as presentation tools (through overhead and LCD projectors, television, electronic whiteboards, guided "web-tours", where students simultaneously view the same resources on computer screens) is seen to be of mixed effectiveness. While it may promote class understanding of and discussion about difficult concepts (especially through the display of simulations), such uses of ICTs can re-enforce traditional educational practices and divert focus from the content of what is being discussed or displayed to the tool being utilized.

ICT is used as a tool, for example while making assignments, collecting data and documentation, communicating and conducting research. Typically, ICT is used independently from the subject matter. ICT is a tool for teaching and learning itself, the medium through which teachers can teach and learners can learn. It appears in many different forms, such as drill and practice exercises, in simulations and educational networks.

ICT and Teaching Methodology (2)
Impact of ICT on student achievement

The positive impact of ICT use in education has not been proven In general, and despite thousands of impact studies, the impact of ICT use on student achievement remains difficult to measure and open to much reasonable debate. Positive impact more likely when linked to pedagogy, it is believed that specific uses of ICT can have positive effects on student achievement when ICTs are used appropriately to complement a teacher’s existing pedagogical philosophies.

ICT and Student Achievement

ICT allow for a higher quality lessons through collaboration with teachers in planning and preparing resources. Students learn new skills: analytical, including improvements in reading comprehension. ICT also develop some writing skills: spelling, grammar, punctuation, editing and re-drafting. ICT proves that students who used educational technology felt more successful in school they are more motivated to learn more and have increased self-confidence and self-esteem. It is also confirmed that many students found learning in a technology-enhanced setting more stimulating and much better than in a traditional classroom environment.

An ICT-based Classroom
ICT has positive impact on student's performances in primary schools particularly in English language and less in science.  Schools with higher level of e-maturity show a rapid increase in performances in scores compared to those with lower level. In addition, schools with sufficient ICT resources achieved better results than those that are not well-equipped. There is a significant improvement on learners’ performances.  Finally, teachers become more convinced that educational achievements of pupils are due to good ICT use. In fact, high percentage of teachers in Europe (86%) states that pupils are more motivated when computers and Internet are being used in class.

Many pupils consider ICT tools very helpful in that it helps them to do assignments that enable students to cope with special needs or difficulties. It also helps to reduce the social disparities between pupils, since they work in teams in order to achieve a given task. Students also assume responsibilities when they use ICT to organize their work through digital portfolios or projects. “Computer Aided Instruction” has been seen to slightly improve student performance on multiple choice, standardized testing in some areas, which refers generally to student self-study or tutorials on PCs, has been shown to slightly improve student test scores on some reading and math skills, although whether such improvement correlates to real improvement in student learning is debatable.

ICT Result on Student Achievement

Students are more sophisticated in their use of technology than teachers in Asian and African countries. There appears to be a great disconnect between student knowledge and usage of ICTs the knowledge and abilities of teacher to use ICTs. This suggests that teacher inexperience and skill deficiencies may often be an important factor inhibiting the effectiveness of ICT use in education by students. Most students feel that using ICTs make them more effective learners.

Conclusion

We are living in a constantly evolving digital world. ICT has an impact on nearly every aspect of our lives - from working to socializing, learning to playing. The digital age has transformed the way young people communicate, network, seek help, access information and learn. We must recognize that young people are now an online population and access is through a variety of means such as computers, TV and mobile phones. As technology becomes more and more embedded in our culture, we must provide our learners with relevant and contemporary experiences that allow them to successfully engage with technology and prepare them for life after school.
